Empower your life
At Independent Assessment Services we make sure that health professionals maintain a better work-life balance, thanks to regular working hours and flexible working arrangements, a range of benefits like a pension scheme, private medical insurance and a friendly, forward-thinking working environment. Make a change to work for us and you can make a big difference to your lifestyle and your daily routine.
Change your working pattern to suit you and your life
Through Flex, you can choose what days of the week you want to work and how much work you complete on those days to earn additional days off. Delivering an excellent service to claimants remains our priority so in return, we ask that you complete the required number of assessments and deliver exceptional reports for our claimants.
Take charge of your career
Whatever your previous experience, working for Independent Assessment Services gives you the opportunity to broaden your skills, and we support our people to achieve this with training and a clear clinical career path. We have a culture of continuous improvement, where you can also develop managerial skills, keep up your qualifications, and receive excellent support and training.
Caring for others
We treat claimants with compassion and respect and strive to deliver fair and accurate assessments. As a disability assessor, your experience and clinical skills, along with the training and support we provide, will equip you to use your expertise in a new way. You’ll interpret clinical information and medical evidence to write reports that help the Department for Work and Pensions and Northern Ireland Department for Communities understand how claimants’ health conditions or disabilities affect their daily lives, so they can make a decision on whether a person is eligible for the benefit.
Sharing your skills
By bringing your expertise to the team, you can make a difference to the way we work. At Independent Assessment Services we believe in teamwork and support, and by sharing your skills with others you can improve the service we offer to claimants. To help us deliver to the highest possible standard, we need people like you.
